A unique centerpiece is stealing the spotlight at Mulia Hotel’s lobby this Hari Raya Aidilfitri—a mosque replica made from 90 per cent recycled bottle caps.
Designed by the hotel’s very own F&B Manager, Kee Taufek Kee Harrith, the replica was inspired by the iconic Jame’ Asr Mosque. However, due to the challenge of collecting enough green bottle caps to match the mosque’s signature color, he took a creative approach in bringing the design to life.
Since its unveiling last week, the eye-catching display has become a popular photo spot, especially for guests visiting the hotel in Berakas. – Lyna Mohammad
