A Dikir ceremony was held at Kampong Labu Estate Mosque in Temburong District yesterday in conjunction with Maulidur Rasul celebration for the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA).
Permanent Secretary (Safety and Welfare) at the MoHA Salminan bin Haji Burut was the guest of honour.
Heads of departments, officers and staff at the MoHA, mukim penghulus, village heads, mosque takmir committee members and Mukim and Village Consultative Council members were also in attendance.
