The Revenue Division at the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MoFE), held a socialisation session on Corporate Income Tax at the ministry’s building recently.
The session aimed to raise awareness and ensure a common understanding of Corporate Income Tax matters among taxpayers and to assist taxpayers in increasing their level of tax compliance.
Finance Officer at the Revenue Division Siti Yusrina binti Rosli facilitated the session.
She explained the overview of Corporate Income Tax, including the Basis of Assessment, Tax Obligation, Tax Computation, and Tax Filing in accordance with the Income Tax Act, Chapter 35. – James Kon
