The Ministry of Education met with Legislative Council members on Saturday to discuss its objectives and initiatives in its strategic plan.
The Muzakrah session, held at the Belait Sixth Form Centre, saw the Minister of Education Datin Seri Setia Dr Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh along with senior officials and executives, share information on initiatives and challenges with 12 LegCo members, led by Yang Berhormat Haji Md Salleh bin Haji Othman.
The minister highlighted initiatives implemented under the MoE’s Strategic Plan 2023-2027 in support of its mission, “To Provide Quality and Holistic Education for a Purposeful Life for Learners.”
The minister also highlighted the continuous involvement of the legislative council members, parents, guardians and the community; which is essential in supporting and realising the ministry’s vision, “Quality Education, Progressive Nation”. – Daniel Lim
