Brunei men softball team suffered two losses yesterday at the Master’s Fastpitch Softball 2023 at Pattaya, Thailand.
Brunei team lost to team Nice of Thailand 2-4 in the first game.
The team also suffered a heartbreak defeat in the second game by team Hong Kong 8-9.
Meanwhile, Brunei women softball team started off their campaign with a win against SG Queen of Singapore 6-0.
Brunei team’s Gedda Valencia hit a home run and brought two of the player home (Lulu and Kyla) in the top fifth inning. However, in the second game, Brunei women team fell short and lost to Indonesia side ladies Kobra 1-6. – James Kon
