BANGKOK (ANN/THE NATION) – Suchata started her career as a model before entering her first beauty pageant, Miss Rattanakosin, in 2021.
In 2022, she competed as the youngest contestant in Miss Universe Thailand and achieved third runner-up, along with the special title of Miss Natural Beauty. In July of this year, Suchata was crowned Miss Universe Thailand, earning special awards such as Miss Extravaganza, Voice for Change, Women Inspired 2024, Miss Charming Talent, and Miss Beauty and Confidence.
Suchata’s journey into beauty pageants was motivated by her desire to raise awareness about breast cancer. At the age of 16, she underwent surgery to remove a 10-centimeter breast tumor, a personal experience that fueled her advocacy.
During the Miss Universe 2024 competition in Mexico, Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark was crowned the winner. Chidimma Adetshina from Nigeria and María Fernanda Beltrán from Mexico secured second and third place, respectively.
Miss Thailand, Suchata, earned an impressive fourth place, followed by Ileana Márquez from Venezuela, who placed fifth.
