The Revenue Division of the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MoFE) conducted a socialisation session on corporate income tax on October 21.
Finance Officer Nor Taufiq bin Haji Rajali, who led the session, provided an overview of corporate income tax, including the basis of assessment, tax obligation, tax computation and tax filing under Chapter 35 of the Income Tax Act.
The session aimed to raise awareness and understanding of corporate income tax matters among taxpayers and promote greater tax compliance. – Daniel Lim
