Some 162 officers and staff of the Ministry of Development (MoD) yesterday received Long Service Medals (PKL) for 2023 in conjunction with His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 77th birthday celebration at An-Naura Hall of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex.
Minister of Development Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid presented the medals.
The PKL medal serves as a recognition and appreciation from the Government of His Majesty for meritorious service rendered.
Permanent Secretary (Planning, Land Use and Environment) at the MoD Dr Nor Imtihan binti Haji Abdul Razak and Deputy Permanent Secretary (Corporate and Law) at the MoD Aldila binti Haji Mohamad Salleh also attended. – Azlan Othman
