The Ministry of Defence (MinDef) and the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) organised a Takbir Hari Raya Aidiladha event at all MinDef and RBAF suraus, including Pulau Baru-Baru Mosque with the focal event at Surau Ad-Difa’, Bolkiah Garrison last night, to mark Hari Raya Aidiladha.
In attendance at the event were Deputy Minister of Defence Brigadier General (Rtd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Abdul Razak bin Haji Abdul Kadir as well as acting permanent secretary, joint force commander, deputy permanent secretaries, officers and personnel of the MinDef and RBAF.
The event began with Maghrib prayer, followed by Takbir Hari Raya and concluded with Isyak prayer.
The event was held to show gratitude to Allah the Almighty and enliven the Hari Raya Aidiladha celebrations.
