Permanent Secretary (Higher Education) at the Ministry of Education (MoE) Dr Haji Azman bin Ahmad paid a courtesy visit to Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Education of Singapore Lai Chung Han.
During the session, both parties expressed mutual happiness over the continuous and active cooperation in the field of education.
The Ministry of Education of Singapore stated that Brunei is the best strategic partner in various fields including education.
Both parties shared information and views on the implementation of the Brunei-Singapore Youth Education Scholarship.
The ministries of both countries hoped to continue the cooperation as well as further strengthen relationships in the field of education presently as well as in the future.
The visit ended with an exchange of souvenirs from both parties.
The courtesy call is one of the agendas during the working visit outlined by the MoE delegation to Singapore from September 28 until October 2 led by Dr Haji Azman as head of delegation.
