‘Mind To Heart’, an event jointly organised by the Counselling Services Unit, Student Affairs Office and Friends of UMAT at Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) to mark World Mental Health Day, concluded with the ‘UMATzing Race’ at Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas in the capital recently.
Thirty-one students participated in race that aimed to foster ties between students.
The event also featured an art therapy workshop facilitated by certified art therapist Hajah Nur Darwisyah Hannani binti Abdullah Yong. – Azlan Othman
