Brotherhood Seafood Paradise Restaurant is spicing up its menu with a host of Western dishes to mark the 38th National Day celebrations.
Diners will get to savour the New York sirloin steak, pan fried fish fillet, garlic butter lamb chop and chicken chop, all made with the freshest ingredients.
Owner David Chan said the new western menu adds to the existing seafood options available at the restaurant, which was establishment in 2017.
“The new dishes provide customers greater options at an affordable prices,” he said, adding that the Western menu will be available weekly from Thursday to Saturday.
To mark National Day, diners will enjoy a month-long 10-per-cent discount on the newly-rolled out dishes, starting February 23.
