Mentorship programme participants receive certificates

Persatuan Kemajuan Insan (KESAN) celebrated the end of the year with a graduation ceremony for participants of a Catalyst mentorship programme and to show appreciation for working committee members.

The event at Mahligai Hall, the Airport Mall saw 84 attendees comprising guests from the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and Brunei Youth Council, former KESAN presidents, former and current committee members and Catalyst participants.

It began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and verses from Al-Quran followed by a speech from KESAN President Muhammad Najib bin Haji Latif.

He expressed delight for Catalyst participants learning leadership skills in the nine-month programme.

Muhammad Najib also conveyed gratitude to working committee members for their efforts to make the programme a success.

The event continued with 15 Catalyst graduates receiving certificates and 10 awards given to exemplary committee members. Working committee members also received certificates of appreciation.

KESAN has mentored over 300 youth to date and conducted over 52 programmes since its inception.
