An Indonesian national denied attacking a policeman on duty recently.
Puji Kurniawan, 26, was alleged causing harm to a policeman by biting his left forearm on April 1 at Berakas Police Station, the court heard.
Prosecutor Nur Hidayatul Aeny Alisah binti Haji Zullizam levelled the charge against the defendant.
Magistrate Abdul ‘Azim bin Othman adjourned the case to April 20 for trial dates to be fixed. – Fadley Faisal
