His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda the 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah conferred the Honorary First Class Panglima Gagah Pasukan Polis (PGPP) award from the Royal Malaysia Police to Commissioner of the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohammad Irwan bin Haji Hambali on October 31 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The conferment, in recognition and appreciation on the contributions by RBPF in strengthening ties and cooperation between police forces in both countries, was held at an investiture ceremony of the police gallantry awards and medals for the first session of 2023 at Balairong Seri, Istana Negara in Kuala Lumpur. – James Kon
