Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah College (Maktab Duli) received officials from Gachon University in South Korea on Monday, who were keen to gain a better perspective on the Sultanate’s curriculum system at pre-university level.
Gachon University General Manager Juneki Kim and Manager of the International Office Seunghwan Lee were accompanied by two officers from the Department of Schools at the Ministry of Education, Pengiran Ali Shafie bin Pengiran Haji Abas and Pengiran Hamiosmera bin Pengiran Haji Othman.
Maktab Duli Principal Dayangku Hajah Nooramaliatifah binti Pengiran Haji Ahmad, deputy principals and the college’s management team welcomed their Korean guests, while students donned Brunei and Korean traditional attires for the occasion.
After the recitation of Doa by Haji Amran bin Jalil, the delegation was briefed on the background of the college, its administrative structure and academic-related information.
The visit concluded with a gift presentation to Juneki Kim and Seunghwan Lee.
