The unveiling of the BMW X3xDrive20i Professional was held at the BMW showroom in Beribi yesterday.
The latest rendition of the BMW series focusses more on comfort suited for the family and professionals looking for powerful yet a comfortable ride.
Under the hood the model boasts the Powerful xDrive20i engine, producing top speed of 215 kilometres per hour (km/h), with an acceleration of 8.3 seconds from zero to 100km/h.
“Earlier in the year we introduced the M sport version and now we are ready to introduce the professional version of the BMW X3,” shared QAF Auto Head of Sales Daniel Loo.
“The new model is more focussed on bringing in luxury such as new interiors featuring perforated seats and due to the new comfort suspension the vehicle provides a smoother ride compared to the sports focussed version of the X3,” he added.
Other features of the vehicle is the centre console, a free-standing central control display with touch function offering a screen diagonal of 10.26 inches.
It also features the newly designed control island with the gear selector lever with buttons for the start and stop system, electric parking brake, hill decent control and various experience functions as well as the BMW controller.
“The infotainment system is fully digital making it easily accessible and it also includes a 360 camera parking assist,” said Loo.
