Juvelyn Verzosa was named the grand prize winner in the Malaysian Food Festival 2022 yesterday. She won return air tickets to Kuala Lumpur for two via Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) sponsored by Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD).
In second and third places were Noriah Abidien winning return air tickets from Miri to Kuala Lumpur via Malaysia Airlines for one person and Law Yen Bin receiving two one-day tickets to Legoland Malaysia.
Other prizes include sea walking and parasailing packages for two in Manukan Island, Sabah; three-day-two-night stay at Ming Garden Hotel in Sabah; and gifts from Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council, Melaka River Cruise and Penang Global Tourism.
The prize presentation was hosted by Anjung Saujana Restaurant at the Brunei International Airport.
Director of Tourism Malaysia Brunei Hazrina binti Azman; Deputy Director of Tourism Malaysia Brunei Hajah Latifah binti Dato Haji Ismail; and BIBD representatives Georgene Lee and Nurul Majidah were present.
