A one-day seminar on ‘Enhancing Construction Contracts: Embracing Collaborative Contracting and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Principles for Sustainable Development’ hosted by PUJA Academy Sdn Bhd (PASB) recently, highlighted the future of construction relationships and sustainability.
The seminar featured two speakers: accredited international mediator, arbitrator and adjudicator, as well as Co-Head of RHTLawAsia’s ESG and Chairman of the Law Society of Singapore’s ESG Working Group Anil Changaroth and Partner at HLR Law in Brunei, Digital Dispute Resolution Specialist and Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator at the Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre Lenny Rahman.
