Personnel of the Muallaf Development Division, Dakwah Development Division and Belait District Dakwah Unit visited the Teraja Longhouse on Monday.
It was part of the initiative to disseminate information as well as help new converts, especially those in rural areas, to embrace the Islamic faith.
Acting Head of the Dakwah Development Division Pengiran Haji Jufri bin Pengiran Haji Hidup led the contingent where they were welcomed by longhouse secretary Gaung Jamit.
The contingent, comprising 19 officers and staff from the Islamic Da’wah Centre (PDI), handed over Waqaf in the form of Mushaf Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA).
