Four representatives from Brunei Darussalam are partaking in the 2024 ASEAN-Republic of Korea (ROK) Professional Training Programme.
The programme includes both online and in-person sessions to learn about extended reality (XR), the metaverse, digital twin technology, and related services in South Korea, and to write project proposals.
The representatives are Wardatul Zahrah binti Abdul Razak, Lim Zhi Ying, Nursheila binti Ziziumiza and Mohmad Hafiz bin Mohmad Bekeri.
The in-person part of the programme will be held in Busan and Seoul over nine days.
Participants will visit facilities and companies related to XR and digital twin technology, network with industry professionals, attend the ASEAN-ROK ICT Convergence Forum in Busan, and the business conference in Seoul.
They will also present their project proposals with expert mentoring. – James Kon
