A woman who was working in the Kiulap commercial area stood aghast when a man committed a ‘perverted’ act in front of her.
The woman filed a police report leading to his arrest.
24-year-old Muhamad Sahrul Razi Bin Japri was fined BND1,500, or serve 6 weeks’ jail in default of payment, after he pleaded guilty to the offence he had committed on May 22, 2022 in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday.
