The programme aims to benefit local employees by increasing knowledge, exposure, and experience and competencies, especially in the asset integrity inspection segment of the oil and gas industry.
The goal of the programme is to create a local team with a high level of international competitiveness that will support the growth of the business and also become experts in their field and be able to meet the demands of the market today.
The management reaffirmed that DNV is committed to the development of local talents and DNV are keen to send few more local talents to the Middle East and other regions.
