Darussalam Motorcycle Association (PEMODA) member Pengiran Haji Mohd Yamin bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Damit made a mark for the association and put the Sultanate on the map with his solo participation in the New Zealand Ride from September 1 to 13.
An active PEMODA member, Pengiran Haji Mohd Yamin left Brunei on August 31 and was seen off at the Brunei International Airport by the association’s secretary general Awangku Muhammad Nazih bin Pengiran Yussof.
He travelled to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to join fellow riders before continuing the journey to Auckland and another flight to Christchurch where the ride flagged off.
‘New Zealand Ride’ covered seven cities in New Zealand – Christchurch, Picton, Greymouth, Fox Glacier, Queenstown, Dunedin and Lake Katempo.
The 15-rider convoy passed by places of interest and took photos of their visit.
