Yelo, The Brunei Hotel is offering its signature dishes and local delights that will be featured on the restaurant’s menu for sungkai this Ramadhan.
“We are delighted to welcome guests to break their fast with us during Ramadhan and enjoy our offerings of local favourites as well as roasted leg of lamb that will be served daily,” The Brunei Hotel General Manager Andy Goh said.
Patrons will be served on plated servings. The menu will change daily, while dates will be featured with every meal. The menu consists of appetisers such as cucur sayur, chicken and beef satay, spring rolls and a soup course, such as soto ayam.
The main course will feature beef, chicken, fish, vegetable and rice selections, inspired by local cooking styles. For dessert, there will be bubur cha cha, an assortment of cakes and Malay kueh, while drinks will include air bandung and teh tarik.
