Progresif Sdn Bhd’s Progresif Initiate Human Capital Summit 2023 brought together human resources (HR) practitioners, industry experts and aspiring professionals to explore the evolving landscape of HR and its impact on organisational success.
Themed around talent transformation, learning and development, employee experience, and well-being, the two-day summit provided a platform for insightful discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities.
The second day of the summit was filled with speaker sessions covering a wide range of topics including hybrid working strategies; managing generational gaps in talent; fostering workplace excellence; and building a culture of well-being. Professionals shared insights into the significance of employee well-being and its connection to overall company success.
To close off the summit, a panel discussion titled ‘Navigating the Evolving HR Landscape in Brunei’ was held.
Panellists included founder and president of the Human Resources Society Brunei Hajah Zainab binti Haji M A Omar; Regional Head APAC of CIPD May Leng Kwok; and Director-General of the Public Service Department Dr Norfarizal bin Othman.
Human Capital Department Manager at Darussalam Assets Sdn Bhd Salehin Basir moderated the panel which explored crucial aspects of the changing HR landscape in Brunei.
The summit concluded with a closing speech by Progresif Chief of Human Resources and Administration Office Mohammad Yazdi bin Haji Yahya.
