Members of the Santai-Santai Riders (SSR) and amateur cycling team (ACT) from the Sultanate recently participated in the IPD Miri Night Fun Ride, held in conjunction with the 217th Police Day 2024 at the Miri District Police headquarters.
The 21-kilometre ride, organised by the Miri District Police headquarters in collaboration with the Kerbau Bull Cycling Club, attracted the participation of 450 individuals from Sarawak, Sabah, Labuan and England.
Miri District Police Chief ACP Alexon Naga anak Chabu officiated the event.
A participant and the team leader from the SSR Haji Mohammed bin Haji Md Zanai said the event strengthened ties among cycling enthusiasts across borders. – Rokiah Mahmud
