Local fitness athlete Abdul Malik Almukkaramah bin Haji Mohd Yusof marked his maiden
appearance at the National Physique Committee (NPC) Natural Regional Show Competition
at the Royal Chulan Kuala Lumpur in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a haul of three medals
recently.
The Vertics Gym member bagged gold in the Men’s Classic Physique ‘A’ category, silver in the Men’s Classic Physique Open overall category, and bronze in the Men’s Physique Class ‘B’ category.
All athletes involved in the competition were tested for doping in a sign of support towards a sport free from steroids and practicing a healthy lifestyle.

Organised by TNT Fitness and Global Classic under IFBB Federation Malaysia, the meet saw
participation from hosts Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Republic of Korea, Japan, Singapore,
