Six local athletes from Brunei Chainblock Gym will represent Brunei Darussalam to compete in the International Strongman Competition Strongmania 111 at the Aquatic Stadium Jakarta, Indonesia.
The athletes are; Pengiran Roslannie bin Pengiran Haji Jumat who will be competing in the under(U)-95 kilogrammes(kg) Pro Category, Muhammad Azhar bin Azman in U-95kg Open Pro Category, Mohd Hamizan bin Haji Zainal in the Open Pro Category and Ismal bin Shaiful Baharin in the Open Novice Category.
Meanwhile, Pengiran Azizul Akbar bin Pengiran Haji Badaruddin is set to take part in the master category and Alinawati binti Haji Ali Akbar in the U-75kg Pro Category.
Leading the delegation are Manager Rosmini bin Haji Rosman and Assistant Manager Mohd Fa’airul bin Awang Jaffar. – James Kon
