Standard Chartered extended its Mortgage Real Estate Agent Campaign until December 31, offering homebuyers loan packages with added benefits.
Clients who sign up for a home loan and purchase property from one of 16 participating realtors can choose from two offers, a four-per-cent effective interest rate (EIR) with no prepayment or processing fees, plus a BND500 cashback or a 4.25-per-cent EIR, up to BND20,000 in subsidies with no processing fees and a BND500 cashback.
The first 30 successful applicants will also receive a BND1,000 Intracorp voucher for home furniture and appliances.
