Some 26 members of the Tutong District Scouts Association (PPDT) joined a baking class on Sunday.
The programme at the PPDT headquarters was aimed at encouraging the younger generation to start small businesses in the future.
The event began with a flag hoisting ceremony, followed by a briefing by Acting Assistant Scouts Commissioner Skip Harjiah binti Abdullah Mohammad Kahar.
Several confectionery – kuih mor, kuih marble, kuih bahulu and biskut cornflakes – were among the lessons.
PPDT Acting Scouts Commissioner Skip Haji Muhd Sufian bin Haji Abdul Karim and Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association (PPNBD) Female Scouts Commissioner Skip Hajah Norrahmat binti Haji Saidin were also present. – Lyna Mohamad
