The Jama’atul Masu’ulah (JM) group – 34th Executive Development Programme for Middle Management Officers (EDPMMO) donated BND23,935.15 to the Brunei Council on Social Welfare (MKM) on Friday.
The team also contributed a freezer to the council.
The cash donation and freezer are proceeds from the group’s Amal Ihsani project from August 14 to 26. Part of the proceeds are channelled to provide necessities to four families, selected from MKM clients, for a minimum of one year. The remaining proceeds will be donated to special needs individuals and children for a minimum of two years.
JM group leader Alwi bin Haji Md Yussof presented the donation to Deputy President I of MKM Hajah Juhana binti Haji Mohd Jaya and witnessed by MKM executive committee and JM team members. – Lyna Mohamad
