A total of 24 QAF Brunei Sdn Bhd personnel and staff completed the fire marshal course recently.
The course that took place at QAF Brunei premises was conducted by the Public Relations Division of Operation ‘A’ Branch of the Fire and Rescue Department (FRD).
The participants were taught on the importance of fire safety including the causes of fire, understanding the procedures when faced with fire incidents at work, the correct way to use fire extinguishers and fire blankets as well as the steps taken when trapped in a building in the event of a fire.
They also visited the Beribi Fire Station.
