Members of the public are invited to enjoy a display of lanterns, participate in lantern riddles guessing games and experience captivating cultural performances at the China Day and Lantern Festival, taking place today and tomorrow.
The annual celebration highlighting Chinese culture and traditions will be held at Darussalam Hall, Chung Hwa Middle School in Bandar Seri Begawan.
The event is jointly organised by the Embassy of China in Brunei Darussalam, the Brunei-China Friendship Association, the Chinese Enterprise Association in Brunei and Chung Hwa Middle School.
The event offers an opportunity to win prizes, including free return flight tickets to Beijing and the selection of exquisite Chinese-style gifts. – James Kon
