In response to a recent news article published in the Bulletin regarding a cleaning brush which was found to be non-halal, I would like to applaud the authorities for their prompt action to ensuring that Muslims don’t unknowingly use items that are against our religion.
I hope the news has served as a wake-up call to all Muslims that just because an item is sold at a store doesn’t mean that it is safe for use.
