The Korean Embassy in Brunei Darussalam in cooperation with Simpur Café at Universiti Brunei Darussalam will host Korean Cuisine Week from November 1 to 6.
The menu during the week will include bibimbap, bibim-guksu, tteokbokki, japchae, Korean fried chicken and iced omija. The menu was selected based on the taste and preference of people in Brunei. The embassy’s Korean chef has been working with the café’s chef to ensure the authenticity of the dishes prepared.
The opening ceremony will be held on November 1 at Simpur Café with the participation of Korean Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Kim Soung-eun, UBD Vice-Chancellor Dr Hazri bin Haji Kifle and other guests.
