Korean ambassador visits SMARTER centre

The Society for the Management of Autism Related issues in Training, Education and Resources (SMARTER) Brunei Edge Centre welcomed a visit from South Korea Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Kim Soung-eun at Kampong Mata-Mata yesterday.

The ambassador attended a briefing and toured, during which he gain the centre insights into the initiatives and programmes dedicated to supporting children with autism.

The ambassador engaged in a colouring activity that aims to foster an inclusive environment and demonstrate the spirit of connection and understanding among the students.

The ambassador also made a donation to the centre, reaffirming South Korea’s commitment to supporting causes that enrich the lives of individuals with autism.

The visit concluded with a group photo session with the ambassador and the centre’s officials.  – Lyna Mohamad
