Kindergarteners feted in graduation ceremony

Seventy kindergarten 3 students were feted during a graduation ceremony at St Margaret’s School, Seria in the Belait District yesterday.

Chairperson of the ceremony and kindergarten supervisor Monica anak Usit in her opening speech expressed gratitude to the board of directors, as well as parents and guardians for their support.

“We aim to provide the best early childhood education by moulding, nurturing and equipping children with the most effective measures to inspire lifelong learning,” she said.

The ceremony continued with seven song and dance performances featuring a variety of themes led by graduating kindergarteners.

The school’s board of directors member Marsha Mary Ang Siew Kim, the guest of honour, presented certificates to the graduates before appreciation speeches from Muhammad Rahimi bin Mohammad Firdaus and Muhammad Ammar Aliff bin Mohammad Al-Hakeem brought the event to a close.

Other members of the board of directors, principal, deputy principals, as well as teachers, parents and guardians were present at the event. – Daniel Lim
