Kasuka FC U-16 win youth football league

Kasuka FC under-16 (U-16) beat Sports School U-16 to be crowned the HiTune Sports School Youth Football League Challenge 2024 champions.

The Kasuka youngsters were unbeaten throughout their seven games in the tournament.

Sports School and BSRC FC U-16 were runners-up in the eight-team league.

Permanent Secretary (Sports) at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Pengiran Mohd Amirrizal bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud gave away prizes at the closing ceremony of the tournament held at Football Association of Brunei Darussalam’s (FABD) field yesterday.

HiTune Group of Companies Managing Director Pengiran Zamri bin Pengiran Haji Bujang said the league was aimed at letting youth showcase their potential and talents which will in turn have positive impact on local football development, in support of FABD efforts.

HiTune Chief Executive Officer and YAKIN Managing Director Hernag Nur Imani binti Muhd Jeffrey and FABD Vice President Haji Mahrub bin Haji Murni were present at the event. – Lyna Mohamad
