Kasuka FC under-16 have been confirmed as champions of the inaugural HiTune Sports School Youth Football League Challenge 2024 following their 6-1 drubbing of Dash FC at the Berakas Sports Complex last weekend.
The unbeatable Kasuka FC marched to their sixth consecutive win to secure the title.
The newly-crowned champions did not wait long to showcase their strength as Muhd Adyka Farel released a thunderbolt to rip the Dash FA net in the third minute.
Muhd Faaiz Zulkeflee doubled his side in the 20th minute but Dash halved the deficit through Md Adi Idham.
Kasuka instantly restored their two-goal cushion with Muhd Faaiz scoring his second of the game in the 29th minute before Al Nazirul Mubin Adnan extended the lead four minutes later. Md Amirun Firdaus added to his side’s comfortable lead just before the break as Md Eddy Alif Sahuali compounded Dash FA woes to make it 6-1.
The result ensured that they cannot be caught by nearest rivals Sports School Under-16, who have one game remaining in the eight-team league with 13 points.
