SEOUL (ANN/THE KOREA HERALD) – Jimin of BTS is gearing up to drop his highly anticipated second solo album, “Muse,” on July 19 at 1 pm, as confirmed by Big Hit Music on Tuesday.

This forthcoming release comes after Jimin’s successful debut solo album, “Face,” which hit No 2 on Billboard’s prestigious Billboard 200 chart in March 2023.

According to an announcement on Weverse, Big Hit Music stated, “Following his exploration of identity in ‘Face,’ ‘Muse’ chronicles Jimin’s quest to uncover the wellsprings of his creativity.”

The album will feature a total of seven tracks, including the fan-favourite song “Closer Than This,” which Jimin released in December last year.

Ahead of the official album launch, fans can expect teaser content that was prepared prior to Jimin’s enlistment in the military.

Jimin began his mandatory military service on December 12, 2023, and is scheduled to complete it on June 11, 2025.
