The Youth Religious Programme Secretariat of the Islamic Da’wah Centre in collaboration with the Nazhor Community Association held a public lecture in conjunction with the introduction of the Discovering Islamic Belief System at Conference Hall, PDI Berakas.
PDI Director Haji Abdul Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh was the guest of honour.
A total of 60 participated, comprising PDI officers and staff.
Members of youth groups registered under the youth religious programme of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and mosque youth group members were also present.
Brunei Islamic Religious Council (MUIB) certified Da’ie, Ahmad Ahyad bin Haji Amynoor presented a special talk titled ‘Islamic Essential Knowledge and Introduction to Islamic Beliefs’ during the event yesterday.
It is hoped that with the programme, Muslim youth in the country are provided with sufficient Islamic knowledge and its teachings.
