The International Women’s Club of Brunei (IWCB) hosted a coffee morning session with heads of mission, spouses of heads of mission and their representatives in Brunei Darussalam on Monday where the guests were introduced to IWCB’s new Executive Committee Members for the 2025/2026 term.
The club also hopes to receive feedback and cooperation for future collaborations, including events promoting cultural exchange with the embassies.
The event held at a hotel in the capital, aimed to foster friendship and encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences among women in the diplomatic community and IWCB members.
IWCB President Ungku Datin Hajah Fanzah binti Haji Osman along with the ambassadors of the United States, Germany, France and the Philippines in Brunei Darussalam attended.
Deputy high commissioner of Malaysia, the deputy chief of mission of Japan, the wives of the charge d’Affaires of Pakistan and Kuwait, and the wife of the head of the political section of the Russian Embassy in Brunei Darussalam also participated. – Lyna Mohamad
