Around 40 Year 7 and 8 students of Nusa Laila Puteri School attended a nationhood briefing programme titled ‘Our Monarch, Appreciating the National Flag and National Anthem of Brunei Darussalam yesterday.
The programme was organised by the Information Department, Prime Minister’s Office through its Nationhood Unit, Strategic Communication Division to cultivate love towards the monarch and the nation.
The programme also aims to inspire solidarity and patriotism among students.
The talk was delivered by Assistant Information Officer Hajah Noorhijrah binti Haji Idris, in her capacity as the Head of the Nationhood Unit.
The programme also showcased video presentations on the correct procedures to hoist the national flag.
