Several service counters at Work Pass Section of the Immigration and National Registration Department (INRD) will be relocated from today.
The service counters for the application of extension of work pass, work pass cancellation and passport collection under company’s category managed by registered employment agencies under INRD currently located at the Second Floor of the INRD building will be relocated to Counter 1 to Counter 7, Ground Floor of the Labour Department headquarters.
Operating hours for the service counters are from 8am to 11.30am and from 1.45pm to 3.45pm, Monday to Thursday and Saturday.
Applications to renew and cancel work pass under the company’s category managed by either employers, the representatives or registered business card holders registered under the Labour Department, the service counters will remain the same at Work Pass Section, Second Floor of the INRD’s headquarters.
Registered employment agencies can walk-in to the Ground Floor at the Labour Department headquarters for several applications including work pass renewal; cancellation of work pass and passport collection.
The department requires the public to complete the application forms and to attach related documents upon submission. Application forms can be downloaded from the department’s website.
