The Immigration and National Registration Department (INRD) announced that several service counters of the Work Pass Section will be relocated on August 1.
The service counters for work pass extension application, work pass cancellation, re-entry visa application and passport collection for the company category managed by the employer or employer’s representative or business card holders, currently located on the second floor of the INRD building, will be relocated to the ground level in the main building office of the Labour Department.
The service counters currently running on the ground level of the building – work pass extension application service, work pass cancellation and passport collection for the company category managed by job agencies registered with the Labour Department – will remain unchanged.
Work pass service counters are open from 8am to 11.30am and 1.45pm to 3.45pm on Monday to Thursday and Saturday.
The INRD also reminded the public to ensure all necessary documents are attached to the application form upon submission.
