Indonesian delegation visits university strengthening educational ties

The Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) received a visit from a delegation from Yayasan Kejayaan Muallaf and Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Kalimantan Barat of Indonesia yesterday.

The delegation comprised 20 members of the foundation and academic staff, led by Yayasan Kejayaan Muallaf’s Muhamad Damanhuri and Universitas Nahdhlatul Ulama Kalimantan Barat’s rector Dr Rahmad Saputra.

KUPU SB Ra’es Associate Professor Dr Abdul Nasir bin Haji  Abdul Rani welcomed the delegation.

The delegation discussed areas of cooperation, such as students and staff exchanges, publication, collaborative research and teaching programmes.

The visit also saw the signing of a memorandum of understanding between KUPU SB and Universitas Nahdhlatul Ulama Kalimantan Barat.

The signing signifies a commitment to enhance cooperation and share best practices between KUPU SB and regional higher education institutions. – Rokiah Mahmud
