Law enforcers from the Kuala Belait Law Enforcement Division of the Immigration and National Registration Department (INRD) apprehended two foreign men during a routine inspection on a construction site in Kampong Panaga, Mukim Seria, Belait District.
One of the men was found in violation of the Immigration Act for overstaying in the country, and the other for failing to produce any legal documents.
The employer of the construction company was also issued a letter to visit the Kuala Belait Law Enforcement Division for questioning and further action. – Lyna Mohamad
