YMRM Group of Companies with cooperation of Brunei-Muara District Office and Persatuan Warisan Kedayan Jerudong spread cheers to orphans and persons with disabilities in a donation handing-over and breaking of fast ceremony yesterday. Some 750 attendees including orphans, persons with disabilities and invited guests attended the ceremony.
High Commissioner of India to Brunei Darussalam Alok Amitabh Dimri and Legislative Council member Yang Berhormat Amran bin Haji Maidin attended the event.
YMRM Group of Companies Chairman Ramesh Jiwatram Bhawnani and YMRM Managing Director Hitesh Ramesh Bhawnani were also present.
The ceremony also saw the presentation of five wheelchairs to the Brunei-Muara District Office. – James Kon
