Setia Motors Sdn Bhd General Manager James Chin and Sales Manager Fadhillah Sulaiman yesterday launched the all-new Hyundai Stargazer at their service centre in Kampong Lambak yesterday.
The Stargazer was launched in two different specs, high spec and premium spec. Present during the launch as the guest of honour was Ambassador of Korea to Brunei Darussalam Kim Soung-eun and Vice President of Hyundai Regional headquarters Jun Heo who also gave opening remarks.
The Hyundai Stargazer is a six-passenger or seven-passenger midsize multipurpose vehicle (MPV) that offers a great mix of comfort and convenience. The strong character of Hyundai Stargazer is presented in with its confident stance, muscular body and unique graphics, equipped with Horizon type daytime running lights (DRL) and H-shaped LED rear Combination lamp.
Hyundai Stargazer is powered by a 1.5L Smartstream engine and an eight-speed intelligent ariable transmission (IVT) system, which results in tough, responsive, and efficient performance. The Drive Mode feature allows the driver to select the best driving style.
The car is equipped with Hyundai smartsense which consist of a forward collision avoidance system, lane following assist, high beam assist, lane keeping assist, blind-spot collision-avoidance assist, rear cross-traffic collision assist, rear view monitor and a six-airbag system.
During the launch, Fadhillah shared the biggest difference between the two specifications is high spec has a seven-seater configuration while the premium has six-seater configuration.
The event saw more than 80 guests in attendance to experience the new Stargazer.
